SCIENCE TECHNICIAN (SCH29)

Permanent/Part-time

28 hours per week over 5 days during school term time

Salary:  Grade point 5-6 (£24,440 – £24,849) pro rata

To commence September 2024

Good practical skills and previous experience of working in a busy Science Department, or in the industry, is desirable.

EXAM INVIGILATORS

 We are looking to recruit Exam Invigilators on a casual basis, to ensure that candidates have an equal, safe and secure environment in which to sit their examinations in accordance with the Joint Council for Qualifications guidelines for conducting examinations.

As an Invigilator you will be:

working as part of a team of invigilators in a range of exam venues.

setting out examination materials.

invigilating the examination and monitoring for irregularities.

collecting materials at the end of examinations.

dealing with problems and queries in accordance with set guidelines.

supporting students with additional requirements where required.

ensuring the security of the exam material at all times.

undertaking training as required.
