LEVEL 3 ADMINISTRATION OFFICER (SCH75)
To commence September 2025
Working part-time, 5 mornings a week:
07:30 – 11:30
term time only
Grade 3, Point 3/4
(£12.45 – £12.65 per hour – £24,027 to £24,404 pro rata)
A reliable and efficient person is required to work within the Administration Department at Welshpool High School. The successful candidate will primarily be organising lesson cover arrangements and must have excellent communication and IT skills.
Closing date is by 09.00am on 16th July 2025. Interviews will be held on 17th July 2025.

Cleaning Supervisor
SCH 45
26 hours per week
Grade 4 Point 5-6
(£24,790 – £25,183 per annum pro rata)
Mainly term time – 5-6 hours per day finishing at 6.30pm + 3 recess weeks during the Easter and Summer holidays (26 hours Easter; 52 hours Summer). Working time for these extra weeks changes to daytime hours to fit in with school holiday opening hours.
The supervisor should ensure a satisfactory level of cleaning service is provided in accordance with the school’s standards. Will be capable of supervising cleaning staff, competent in organising staff rotas, organise and provide training to new staff and oversee all the records relating to risk management, COSH and health and safety for the staff they manage.
